Research
The palaeoecology and biogeography of Permian biotas of Gondwana, and the response of these polar faunas to the end of the Late Palaeoizoic Ice Age. In particular the systematics and paleoenvironmental applications of late Palaeozoic bryozoans of Australia and New Zealand. Tertiary invertebrate paleoecology of New Zealand, and the representation and biotas of temperate estuarine environments in the geological record.
